Pensatech Pharma GmbH is an internationally operating pharmaceutical contract research and development company located in Berlin-Adlershof, Germany. We are a team specialized in designing and characterizing innovative pharmaceutical dosage forms for new and existing drug molecules as service to the pharmaceutical industry based on our comprehensive portfolio of formulation and analytical techniques (www.pensatechpharma.com). 

We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our highly motivated and fast-moving team. Purpose of this position is to further develop Pensatech Pharma´s business activities with a special focus on spreading Pensatech Pharma’s expertise in the pharmaceutical community and on acquiring new customers. 

Your tasks:

• Identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities with the support of our team
• Presenting the full portfolio of drug delivery and analytical services to potential customers together with our scientific experts in personal or online meetings
• Monitoring industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Participating in negotiations and contract discussions to secure new projects
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing customers
• Attending relevant industry events (1-3 per year)
• Interacting with our scientists to become well familiarized with our expertise
• Online marketing to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Participate in preparing content for E-Mails, LinkedIn, our website, other digital platforms, presentations and whitepapers to effectively communicate our expertise and innovations

Your profile:

• Degree in a sciences or business field
• 1-5 years of business development experiences
• Able to understand/ learn our pharmaceutical services and the market space
• Good communication and writing skills  
• Proactive attitude, self-motivation, goal-oriented, team-player
• If you are not from the pharmaceutical field, high motivation to learn a new field of expertise under our guidance
