Welcome to Campus Club Adlershof!
Successful research institutions and innovative companies are always searching for talents. Supporting and improving the interactions between different actors, innovators and future talents with research centres and innovative companies of the Science and Technology Park Adlershof is one of the main tasks of the Campus Club Adlershof.
You will also benefit from the Adlershof network, from the excellence of the research community and the innovative power of the companies, which is created by around 28,000 employees.
In order to deal with the complexity of societal challenges and to promote sustainable growth of organisations, it is necessary to strengthen the diversity of talent in the innovation system. With the Campus Club, we bring talent development and growth activities of the organisations at the campus in line with each other.
We provide interactive formats to discuss new ideas, network, share perspectives and initiate collaborations that foster further interactions in new knowledge areas and product development. Networking, collaboration, teaching and innovation formats for the target groups of researchers, professionals, students and pupils are specifically initiated and further developed in conjunction with companies and research institutes.
The Campus Club Adlershof is a cooperation between WISTA Management GmbH, the operating company of the Adlershof Technology Park, and the Center for Career Development Adlershof (CCDA) at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
Details
We support Adlershof companies and scientific institutions in recruiting talent and finding qualified staff. Based on the experience of the first two CC Job Market evenings, two more events are planned for 2023.
15-20 companies and institutes meet 70-100 job applicants. The focus is on researchers, engineers and students. In order to ensure proper job matching between the applicants and the respective vacancies, the needs of the Adlershof companies will be evaluated in advance. The format can be rounded off with impulse lectures, discussion rounds or one-on-one meetings.
The hands-on test: In our workshops, young scientists test their innovation potential with science-related companies.
Details
Our programme offers a balanced framework between theory and practice of science-related innovations and promotes interaction between young researchers and science-related companies.
The purpose is to enable young academics to test their knowledge and skills in innovative contexts in a practical way. This opens up career perspectives for them within or outside the academic world. The participants work on an innovation case and learn to use their own innovative power in different contexts. In the process, science-related companies become part of the programme as suppliers of topics, providers of experience or through direct cooperation. In addition, the programme provides companies with access to academic talent and the initiation of collaboration opportunities.
Discover career paths: In the "Future Talks!" young academics learn more about their career opportunities after their doctorate.
Details
In this Campus Club Adlershof format, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and WISTA host informal meetings every month with inspiring guests who provide insights into post-doctoral career paths and discuss how all the effort you've put into your PhD can pay off.

Testimonials
"We really enjoyed today's event, both as an organizer and a participant. The feedback was great - we met several students who'd like to find a job in the next half a year, and applied to OrelTech.
Additionally, we received several collaboration offers, both from academic and industrial partners. I have to say that at least for us, the goals of today's meeting were achieved to a 100%. The organization was great as well, and the timing worked perfectly. We are looking forward to the next one."
Dr. Natalia Zamoshchik, CEO, ORELTECH GmbH
"The Campus Club for Materials is an excellent initiative that promoted an informal dialogue between the presenting companies/institutes and the participants - whose large turnout was rather surprising considering that this was the first such event under the Campus Club banner. This was not only a good opportunity for us to present our work & company in front of an interested audience, but also fascinating to learn about the developments being done by other new and also established companies. We believe that such events and dialogue are highly necessary to get the best out of the large pool of highly intellectual and talented people from all over the world that we have in our science and technology park in Adlershof."
TIWARI
"I would like to thank you once again for the Campus Club event. I was able to make a number of interesting contacts. Among other things for the use of metrological possibilities at neighbouring institutes and companies.
Such events are very helpful for us, because in Adlershof there is a huge potential of cooperation possibilities, which can only be discovered and developed through personal contact. Specialized short events at the end of the day, where you can easily meet people with similar interests, are very useful."
Ruggero Schleicher-Tappeser, Geschäftsführer / CBDO PSC Technologies GmbH
