Starting a company after your doctorate is certainly an interesting option, especially with regard to sustainability and the development of climate-friendly technologies. Or have you ever thought about working in a start-up in this field and would you like to find out more? At our next Campus Club networking session with Maryline and Marek, you will have the opportunity to learn first-hand about these two career options. We are delighted that both have agreed to share their experiences with us and present their key findings: What are the requirements? When is the best time to start developing a business idea? What could be hurdles, what are effective aids or support tools? And what about building a team in a growing structure and being an employee in a small structure?
Our aim is to give early career researchers concrete perspectives through this informal way of introducing interesting people and to bring together people from different disciplines and encourage further co-operation.
