Becoming a professor at a university of applied sciences: Requirements, conditions and opportunities for female scientists

Info session (in German!) with Susanne Plaumann (BHT – Berlin University of Applied Sciences) and Prof. Dr. Juliane Siegeris (HTW Berlin)

In the coming years, a number of professorships in the natural sciences will be advertised at Berlin's universities of applied sciences. Female scientists have very good chances of being appointed. Susanne Plaumann and Prof. Dr. Juliane Siegeris are familiar with the associated requirements from their day-to-day work as central women's representative and computer scientist respectively. Both will provide information from their respective perspectives on the conditions, the necessary formal and professional skills and will be available to answer questions on all aspects of the appointment procedure.
